Health Tip:
In order to help others, you must first take care of yourself. If you strive to keep your mental and physical well being in good condition,
you will then be able to help others. Not caring about YOU does not lend itself, in any way, to providing assistance to anyone else.
Keeping yourself ready to run for the purpose of being in charge of your own well being will ensure that you are mentally and physically
capable of meeting any challenge.
Valentine's Day may be over but that doesn't mean the love needs to fade. Stay happy, stay healthy and love yourself first!
Important Schedule Info:
Good news for all you early birds! Due to the popularity of the 6:00 a.m. classes, they are now part of the permanent class schedule. So set your alarm early on
Mondays and Wednesdays, we'll see you there.
Other changes worth noting:
- Fridays will be permanently changed to: 9:30am/4:00pm/6:00pm
- Tuesdays and Thursdays: In order to accommodate all the mommies who need to drop their kids off at daycare, the 12:00pm classes will be
changed to 12:30pm. This change will begin the week of March 1st. We hope this extra half hour works for all!
We are currently running 23 classes per week, giving you more chances than ever to
practice and less excuses to not keep up with your practice!

POTLUCK II:
Saturday, February 21st @ 7:30 pm will be the 2nd Bikram Yoga Cowichan Valley potluck. All yogi's welcome! Bring your friends and family.
Stop by the studio or call for more information, including the location as the potluck will not be held at the studio. We hope to see you all there.
