Studio News:
Regular practitioners will notice that we have recently added blue lines to the floor in the studio. These lines are meant to guide students with their mat
placement so that everyone can fit in the room. Simply place your mat in the room with the blue line running across the center, that way everyone can be accommodated.
BYCV Health Tip:
If you've got your yoga practice in check and are looking for more inspiration to guide you towards your path to wellness, then take a moment to watch the trailer
