Summer is so close you could almost reach out and touch it! Camping, hiking, biking, kayaking, golf...there are so many fun summer activities out there that sometimes yoga gets left behind. Remember to remain consistent with your yoga practice throughout the summer - even just once or twice a week will help keep your joints mobile and keep you ache and pain free. Come Fall, you'll be glad that you did.
