SCHEDULE CHANGE:
Beginning Friday, February 5th we will be adding a 6:00am class to our Friday morning schedule. This addition is on a trial basis for the month of February. Please note that if the class is not consistently full, it will be pulled from the schedule at the end of February.

Practicing yoga so early in the morning means that your mind is clear from distraction. If you haven't tried it yet, come join a 6:00am class and see what a difference it makes to your practice mentally.
FREE DAY:
When: Saturday, FEBRUARY 6th
Times: 9:00am / 12:00pm / 3:00pm
No pre-registration required, all classes are first come-first served. Yoga mat rental is free but don't forget to bring your own towels and lots of water. For membership holders, classes taken during free day do not count towards your membership. Free classes are always busy so if you'd like to attend, plan to arrive quite early as there are no guarantees for spots in the class. It's always helpful to have experienced practitioners in the room during free days so that the new students have people to follow...don't let the busy class size during free day keep you away!

BIKRAM YOGA SEMINAR WITH IDA RIPLEY:
This year, Ida was sanctioned by Bikram Choudhury as one of few people in the world authorized to lead Bikram Yoga seminars. Ida brings her experience with years of yoga competition and teaching around the world to her seminars. Through demonstration and explanation, Ida inspires people to go deeper into their own yoga practice.
Come learn from Ida in an informative and interactive posture workshop and Bikram Yoga class.
The seminar takes place Sunday, February 28th and runs from 12:30pm to 5:30pm. Tickets are $60 each and are available now at the front desk. There are a limited number of tickets available so please don't delay.
