Every new year brings new opportunity, a chance to start fresh once more. Sometimes during the holiday season it gets tough to be
consistent with your yoga practice. Things get hectic, or maybe you go on a little vacation... maybe the studio is closed!
Don't be too hard on yourself if you haven't practiced as much as you would have liked to, and most importantly, don't be scared!
You will never have another first Bikram Yoga class, ever. The first class back from being away can be tough, absolutely, but the
body will remember the wonderful things you were able to do, the muscle memory has been established.
Come back in as soon as you get the chance and 2 or 3 classes later, it's as though you never left!

When: Saturday, FEBRUARY 6th
Times: 9:00am / 12:00pm / 3:00pm
No pre-registration required, all classes are first come, first serve. Yoga mat rental is free but don't forget to bring your own towels. For membership holders, classes taken during free day do not count towards your membership. Free classes are always busy so if you'd like to attend, plan to arrive quite early as there are no guarantees for spots in the class. It's always helpful to have experienced practitioners in the room during free days so that the new students have people to follow...don't let the busy class size during free day keep you away!
