Two New Classes Added (starting October 20th):

These classes are in addition to the original schedule. Within the next few months we look forward to adding even more classes.

After a few delays and much anticipation, BYCV is proud to announce the official dates for our grand opening week:

Monday September 8th - Sunday September 14th

All yoga classes during our grand opening week will be free. Normally, we will be closed on Sundays but during the free week, we will have a 10 am class and a 4 pm class that day. See our schedule for class times.

During our grand opening week come as often as you'd like, bring your friends and family and transform your health. Besides free yoga there will be draws for some great prizes like free memberships, discounts on yoga clothing and more!

We are excited with how construction is coming along and are doing our very best to create a warm and welcoming environment for the new yoga family.

Our Grand Opening date has not yet been set but we are targeting a date in August 2008. The Grand Opening will be one of celebration and we will be offering all classes absolutely free for one week. Come as often as you'd like, bring your friends and family and transform your health!

We will be offering a limited number of our Annual Unlimited packages at a once in a life-time price known as the "Founder's Special" only available during our Grand Opening Free Week. Purchase one of the only 50 Founders Packages available, and one year of yoga is only $699 (regular $999). You are guaranteed the founders price at BYCV FOR LIFE, as long as you renew your package within the allotted time frame. In our experience these spots fill up quickly so don't wait.

Bikram Yoga is coming to the Cowichan Valley! The BYCV Studio will be located central to all Cowichan Valley residents in Duncan. Bikram practitioners in Duncan, North Cowichan, Ladysmith, Shawnigan Lake, Lake Cowichan, Maple Bay and Cobble Hill will now have a local studio to call their own.
