Our Facility

Our brand new studio is located downtown Duncan central to all residents of the Cowichan Valley. Free parking can be found streetside and in the surrounding area. Our spacious studio has a maximum capacity of 50, so there is plenty of space for you!

Our men and women change rooms both have full shower and washroom facilities with plenty of space to store your personal items.

Our reception area includes a Yoga Boutique which is a convenient place to purchase Hot Yoga clothing, merchandise and accessories.
